How do I get started?

Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, new features are available immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What counts as a ticket?
Any inbound customer issue — whether via email, chat, or API — counts as one ticket. Internal notes and follow-ups on the same thread do not count separately.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet. All plans are billed monthly with transparent, predictable pricing. Annual billing is on our roadmap.
What integrations are supported?
